What's the difference between laser engraving and laser marking?
Engraving removes material to cut the design into the surface. Marking, such as annealing stainless, changes the surface color without cutting into it. We do both and will recommend whichever suits your part.
Can you engrave a part that's already Cerakoted?
Yes. We're Cerakote Laser Imaging certified, so we can engrave through the coating for a clean two-tone result, or coat and engrave a part in one job.
